Things to know

The doors to the playground are securely locked! Everyone who enters must have a PIN code (day passes), a mobile phone app (monthly passes), or a key fob (monthly passes). These can be purchased on our website.

  • If you forget to purchase a pass ahead of time, use the QR code next to the front door to purchase a pass on the spot.

  • The pass is for you and your children. To keep the playground secure, don’t open the door to others.

  • Shoes are not allowed! Shoes can be stored on the mats by the front door. Please bring socks, or feel free to borrow some of our hand-knit slippers. This includes parents! Help us keep our playground clean!

  • There are no employees on site! Parents take full responsibility for watching, caring for, and cleaning up after their children. You can come and go as you please, within our opening hours

  • There are two bathrooms in the playground, and both have change tables.

  • Feel free to bring your own food and drinks, but they must stay in the designated areas. Be aware of allergens! If your child has a severe food allergy, this playground might not be the safest place for them.

  • Clean up after eating / drinking / playing / changing so that the next person can enjoy the space too.

FAQs

What if I forget to buy a pass in advance?

There is a sign at the front door with a QR code. If you scan the code with your phone, it will bring you to our website booking page.

How long is my code good for?

Day pass PIN codes are good for one calendar day. If your purchase a membership, your mobile pass or key fob will be good to use everyday we are open until you cancel.

How often is the playground cleaned?

Every week! Having a clean facility is very important to us. In between our cleanings, if you see an area that needs additional help, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make sure it gets taken care of.

Is the playground staffed?

No, employees are usually not on site. Our employees and volunteers help with cleaning and administrative work, but they are not available to supervise children.

Can I bring in my own food?

Yes! We have a lounge area with chairs and tables to use for snacks and meals. Please make sure to clean up after yourself so the next family can use a clean table.

Is there an age limit for kids?

We think that the toys in the playground are most suitable for children 2-7 years old.

Children under two are welcome at no additional charge, if they are accompanying a sibling. If they are by themselves, we charge the standard rate.

Children older than seven are still allowed at the standard rate.
